About Student Services at The Honey Academy
At The Honey Academy, student services invite guests to enjoy professional salon services while supporting the education and growth of future stylists. All services are performed by advanced students in an active learning environment and are thoughtfully supervised by licensed educators throughout the appointment. These services are designed to provide real-world, hands-on experience while upholding professional standards of care.
Because students are learning and refining their skills, appointments may take additional time and results may vary as part of the educational process. Licensed educators are always present to guide, support, and ensure a positive experience for both guests and students.

A single, solid color applied from roots to ends to refresh or transform your look. Includes a consultation and blowout.

Lightening throughout the entire head to create brightness, dimension, and movement.

Focused lightening through the crown and sides for added dimension with a softer, lived-in result.

To ensure a positive experience for both our guests and students, we ask that you review the following information before scheduling a student service at The Honey Academy.
Appointment Timing:
Student services are educational appointments and may take longer than traditional salon services. Students are learning, practicing technique, and receiving guidance throughout the service, which can extend appointment times. We recommend allowing flexibility in your schedule when booking.
Learning Environment
All services are performed by advanced students who are actively in training. While students have completed foundational education, they are continuing to refine their skills in a real salon setting. Because of this, services may progress at a different pace than those performed by licensed stylists.
Licensed Educator Supervision
Licensed educators oversee all student services and are present throughout each appointment. Educators may step in to guide, demonstrate, adjust, or complete portions of a service as needed to support both the student’s learning and the guest’s experience.
Service Availability
Not all services may be available at all times. Service offerings may vary based on student level, curriculum focus, and educator availability. Some services may require additional consultation or approval prior to booking.
Results and Expectations
Student services are part of a learning process, and results may vary. While our goal is always to provide quality, professional care, student services are not eligible for redo or correction guarantees. We appreciate guests who are patient, open-minded, and supportive of the educational experience.
